II Corinthians 4:5
"For we preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord; and ourselves your servants for Jesus' sake."
March - April 2008
Dear Praying Friends and Faithful Supporters,
We would like to start off by thanking all of you who prayed for Robin and the safe delivery of our first little girl, Erica
Robin. We are pleased to report that both are doing extremely well. Erica Robin was born on February 14, and weighed in at 7 lbs
13 oz. We also rejoice in that my mother was able to spend a few weeks here with us in Romania. What a great time it has been
for us to be able to spend some time with her. It makes us miss everyone all the more though, but we realize the importance of the
work here among the Gypsy people. We do find ourselves homesick from time to time, but are reminded that the harvest is
now and the time is at hand. It makes Heaven all the more sweeter when we think of being able to be with everyone again and
never having to say goodbye. We would appreciate your continued prayers for our family and the work here.
We would like to ask you to pray for the city of Tg. Ogna. We have been going there now for over a year passing out
Gospel tracts. We have been earnestly looking for a building to rent or purchase for some time now. This city is about 20 minutes
from our other church in the city of Onesti. After much prayer and work there, we are trusting the Lord to open a door to start a church for the people of Tg. Ogna. Please pray that the Lord will do a miracle. It is a small city, about one third the size of Onesti
and has more churches than any other city in Romania. Although it is full of churches, it is still a spiritually dark city. Not one
church there is shining the Gospel light! Please join us in prayer for this city, as we feel the people of Tg. Ogna deserve the
opportunity to hear the good news of the gospel.
It looks like we are almost done with winter and that spring is on its way! It is always an exciting time as we are able to
start up our village ministries again. We have been going to Casin and Conti, two little Gypsy villages near our church in Onesti,
but there are many other villages that are only accessible when it is not the rainy season. They are located in and among the mountainous terrain and if there had been any rain or snow the “roads” are impossible to drive. Please keep our village ministries
in your continued prayer. We covet your prayers and support. We know that without your faithful prayers and support we could not
be here.
Also, it looks as if the Lord may be opening a door for us to start a church here in our own village, Barsanesti. We
already have several families in this village that ride with us to our church in the city. We are following the Lord's leading in this
area. What a blessing it would be to have a church in our own village! Please pray for our ministry here! We are expecting great
things in the coming months here in Romania and truly covet your prayers.
Thank you again and again for your continued support. We truly have the best supporters anyone could ask for. We count
it an honor to be called your missionaries to Romania.
Your Servants for Jesus’ Sake,
Patrick, Robin, Joshua, Stephen, and Caleb Boyle
